  • Hold citizenship or have resided for five years in Austria, Ethiopia, Germany, Ghana, Kenya, Morocco, Rwanda, Senegal, or Tunisia

  • Demonstrate comfortable use of English for professional discussions

  • Show genuine engagement with sustainability topics including renewable power, climate adaptation, or environmental entrepreneurship

  • Express willingness to maintain connections with other participants after the program concludes
